鑄幣、燒幣、歸屬合約解鎖、大額轉帳，逐筆附 tx hash，只出代幣數量（唔出美元），Base 鏈，用 USDC 經 x402 逐次付費。

每個數字都有 tx hash／合約地址：agent 可以自己回鏈核實，唔使信我哋。
機器友好：JSON 輸出，agent 一個 HTTP 請求搞掂，冇帳戶、冇 API key，x402 即時付費。
只講事實，唔講意見：只出數量同日期；合約冇寫嘅解鎖時間表就唔出；大額轉帳每日批量出，門檻由你設，唔做即時提示、唔寫「巨鯨」之類字眼。

We do not sell or transfer your data; it is processed on our behalf by service providers (e.g. Cloudflare hosting, email delivery) and may be stored outside Hong Kong.
